We advise on cancellation applications for Austrian trademarks, on steps in case of opposition to a trademark application and in cases where opposition should be filed with the EUIPO. Our coexistence agreements ensure legal certainty and ideally provide a swift solution to disputes between trademark owners of similar trademarks.

In the event of an infringement of your copyrights or anti-competitive behaviour by competitors, we will take the appropriate steps in your interest. We will examine your claim, issue the appropriate warning regarding the copyright infringement, and send a cease and desist letter in the event of anti-competitive behaviour. Should these measures fail to produce the desired effect, you can count on us as the right partner if court proceedings become necessary.
