On 13.06.2023 the professional seminar "Payment transactions, payment services, payment account! Current regulatory and civil law! - Current jurisdiction of the ECJ and the Supreme Court" will take place.
Ms. Mag. Unger will give a presentation on the civil law aspects of non-cash payment transactions, in particular on the current judicature on the ZaDiG 2018 as well as on bank GTCs and will provide a praxis-oriented overview for the drafting of contracts and GTCs for payment service providers.
